Sex with milking assistant: Farmer’s wife beats up husband
An extremely unusual trial took place on Thursday at Baden District Court (Lower Austria): A 40-year-old farmer and her still-husband stood before the judge. Why? The woman is said to have beaten up the 43-year-old with a metal-rubber mop after she caught him in flagrante delicto having extramarital sex with a young milking assistant in the calf barn.
The woman had actually only wanted to help the 43-year-old feed the calves on the evening of the incident. After opening the stable door, she "stood rooted to the spot. I caught him in flagrante delicto. It was as if the rug had been pulled out from under someone's feet," the 40-year-old described.
Children wanted to say goodnight to dad
She had to "reflexively" stand in front of her two small children, who had accompanied her to the barn. "So they wouldn't have to see the sexual image. They both had their pants down," says the farmer. The children wanted to say goodnight to their dad.

Milking assistant fled the barn after incident
According to the farmer, the 21-year-old milking assistant fled from the barn. She tried to run after her but was unable to catch her. She then wanted to "confront" the man ...
According to her own statements, she did not grab the metal-rubber mop and hit him with it. She simply filled a bucket with water and poured it on her husband, whereupon he sprayed water into her eyes with a hose: "I reproached him. I was totally devastated."
Divorce hearing follows trial
The couple currently have nothing more to do with each other and are divorcing. The divorce hearing is scheduled for Friday. The man who was injured according to the criminal complaint - photographs with hematomas on his back are part of the court file - stated on the witness stand that he had a "one-off brief relationship" with the then 21-year-old agricultural worker.
We had just finished. I was just tightening my belt.

Hitting my head with a mop
"They had sex in the calf barn," the judge interjected. "Yes. Once," replied the 43-year-old, "we had just finished. I was just tightening my belt." Then his wife opened the stable door and came in. She started screaming and hit his back and head "extremely" with the scrubbing brush: "She wouldn't let go of me."
As I was lying on the floor, she spat at me and left.

"The more I begged her to stop, the harder she hit me." Finally, he fell to the ground: "As I was lying on the ground, she spat at me and left."
Headaches for months after the beating
Three months after the incident, the man still suffered from severe headaches caused by the beating. The pain also made it difficult for him to do his work - he resorted to painkillers. The farmer concluded by emphasizing that there had been no extramarital sexual relationship with the woman, who was 21 years younger than him: "It was a one-off incident."
Detective is said to have obtained evidence
Lukas Kollmann, the farmer's defense lawyer, is by no means convinced of this. He suggested that a detective had obtained evidence that indicated a continuing extramarital relationship, which is likely to become an issue in the divorce proceedings.
Amir Ahmed and Michael Dohr, the 43-year-old's two legal representatives, had already requested a forensic medical report before the trial. They wanted to substantiate that their client had been seriously injured by his "better half". The judge granted this request. The hearing was adjourned indefinitely to obtain an expert opinion.
