The current "duel" on krone.tv between Eva Glawischnig and Andreas Mölzer is about the political future of the two US presidential candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump, among other things. For Glawischnig, both candidates are "beyond the bounds of reason."

Andreas Mölzer is just as critical: "These are two power-hungry old men. Age is certainly a problem here. Their future is the nursing home". Eva Glawischnig remains thoughtful: "We have to prepare for the worst with both of them." However, Andreas Mölzer can also see some positive aspects in the current situation: "Why do we Europeans always have to be free riders for the Americans? We have nothing to talk about worldwide. Europe must therefore finally emancipate itself in NATO."

The two duelists also discuss the question of whether the Opera Ball, with all its jibes and wounded vanities, has already degenerated into a kind of Villach carnival. Glawischnig: "As a Carinthian, I was once surprised when I moved to Vienna that this carnival tradition doesn't exist here." Mölzer adds. "The media horniness of everyone involved in the Opera Ball and the Villach Carnival is part of it."
