Another important file has disappeared
The sale of the now evicted estate in Saalfelden once again raises important questions. For example, an important document relating to the farmer's certificate, which is required for the purchase, is probably missing from the files.
Was the sale of the Hinterlehen estate in Saalfelden legal? As reported, the property was put up for auction after the owners had difficulties making payments. The land and buildings went to a real estate entrepreneur. However, the farmer is putting up a fight. His lawyer made a discovery. Once again, an important document was missing from the file of the Land Transfer Commission. This is because agricultural land may only be purchased by farmers.
It is precisely this confirmation of suitability as a farmer that is apparently now missing. It is supposed to have been issued by the German association "Familienbetriebe Land und Forst Sachsen und Thüringen".
But: "The association is not authorized to issue such certificates," says Simon Heilig-Hofbauer (Greens), member of the state parliament. The association itself confirms this. This is because it is only up to the relevant authorities to determine whether a person is an active farmer. "It is possible that the sale of the Hinterlehen estate was approved under false pretenses or due to sloppiness on the part of the land transfer authority," continued Heilig-Hofbauer, who has already submitted a request to the provincial government to clarify this.
Documents relating to the villa on Lake Fuschl shredded
Just a few weeks ago, there was a stir about a missing file relating to the purchase of the oligarch's villa of the Abramovich subsidiary on Lake Fuschl. The file was shredded as planned and errors were made during digitization. However, the file was restored. What is still missing is an important declaration of trust, which the state of Salzburg would also like to have.
