Logo on the Danube Tower
Mobile communications provider Spusu is now scaling new heights
Flying high: The Austrian mobile communications provider Spusu has had its logo affixed to the Danube Tower in Vienna, underlining not only Spusu's growing presence in Austria, but also the company's ambition to scale new heights.
Since Thursday, the Spusu logo has been shining on Austria's highest landmark, the Vienna Danube Tower. At a dizzying height of 180 meters, industrial climbers were busy attaching the 8x8 advertising panels to three sides of the tower. Not an easy task, but one that the workers with nerves of steel mastered with flying colors, as the pictures of the action show.

"After we found out that the advertising space on the Danube Tower was being re-let, we didn't think twice. With our office in the DC Tower, the Danube Tower is practically in our neighborhood. I'm looking forward to coming into the office in future and seeing our spusu-green from afar," says spusu CEO Franz Pichler enthusiastically.
The Danube Tower campaign is a clear commitment to innovation and visibility, with the aim of anchoring the brand in people's minds. The aim is to attract the public's attention and establish the Spusu brand as a synonym for reliability and customer proximity.

But it is not only the logo that now links the company with the Viennese landmark. Spusu is also expanding its presence by being integrated into the Donauturm's two restaurants, the Turmrestaurant and the Donaubräu, where visitors have the opportunity to enjoy Spusu's certified organic, award-winning wines. With awards from Falstaff, A La Carte Guide and Wein.Plus, you can look forward to fine wines from the local Weinviertel region at lofty heights. Spusu wants to set a new standard in the mobile industry and prove that it is possible "to grow even in saturated markets through creative marketing strategies and customer focus".
Since its foundation in 2015, Spusu has quickly developed into a successful player in the highly competitive domestic mobile communications market. Starting out as a small provider, the mobile operator now has almost 600,000 customers in Austria - and also in other EU countries with Italy and the UK. In addition, the company currently sees itself in an "increasingly pioneering role in the area of fiber optic expansion", as the company states in a press release.
