Without limits
Energy transition on the balcony
Balcony power plants bring green energy into our four walls - even in small spaces. More and more people are swearing by Krone SolMate.
A mini photovoltaic system for balconies, patios or gardens that turns us into producers and users of sustainable solar energy: the new Krone SolMate product from Krone Sonne - the number one in Austria when it comes to complete photovoltaic packages - has quickly become a customer favorite. No wonder, as the innovative balcony power plant is the perfect solution for anyone who does not have their own roof but would like to play an active part in the energy revolution.
Thanks to the integrated storage system, Krone SolMate allows consumers to use the energy they generate when they need it - even at night or in the event of a power cut. Feedback from customers who already use Krone SolMate proves just how easy it is to operate. "The battery charges and feeds energy into the house dynamically. I am delighted that the control system actually works without measuring consumption in the control cabinet. I think it's simply brilliant!" says Gunther from Obrach enthusiastically.

Simple operation, competent service
The system is easy to install and requires no special technical knowledge. However, if you don't have the confidence to do it yourself or would like a more convenient solution, Krone Sonne offers an optional installation service. And if something doesn't work, the service team is on hand with help and advice - in Austrian. Michael from Bischofstetten confirms this: "The customer support team is always very helpful and responds quickly. For me, it was important that I could charge my electric wheelchair in the event of a power failure thanks to the stand-alone operation."
Krone SolMate is also impressive in terms of performance: with two modules, up to 800 kWh of electricity is generated per year, which corresponds to a saving of 472 kilograms. A reliable source of energy for everyday needs that also reduces dependence on traditional power grids and cuts costs. "Since we've had our balcony power plant, we've certainly already saved a considerable amount of money. Thank you very much for that," says Manfred from Maria Enzersdorf.
And Max from Altach proves just how variable Krone SolMate is. He has installed the balcony power plant on his tiny house: "The system runs to my complete satisfaction and covers almost 100 percent of the property's standby consumption when I'm away." The sun does the rest.
