Turnaround at Red Bull
Horner: Is cult band U2 getting involved?
Formula 1 just won't calm down: Christian Horner is said to be facing the sack at Red Bull after all! There are even rumors that the cult band U2 could get involved.
It's getting more and more bizarre! As reported by "F1-Insider", Christian Horner could soon be history at Red Bull. On the one hand, there are concerns about damage to his image; on the other, a planned campaign by the band U2 could cause a U-turn at the Formula 1 racing team.
Because the brother of the employee accusing Horner of inappropriate behavior is the son-in-law of U2 cult guitarist "The Edge". Now - or so it is said - the band is planning a song entitled "Don't be horny, be Christian". This is apparently intended to support the woman in the Horner case.
An explosive statement?
The woman who worked for years as the personal assistant to Red Bull team boss Horner and has accused him of sexual harassment will soon be speaking out with a statement. As reported by "Motorsport-Total", the woman wants to respond to statements made by Horner in recent days. The Briton has increasingly portrayed himself as the "victim of a campaign". His former personal assistant does not want to accept this without comment.
