Hilary Duff’s husband had vasectomy before birth

Back in February, when Hilary Duff treated herself to a milkshake while shopping, it looked like her fourth child and, it looks like, last child, could be born at any moment. But before that happens, her husband had one more thing to do. A vasectomy. 

Musician Matthew Koma, to whom Duff has been married since 2019, revealed on Instagram that he had his vas deferens cut.

The procedure took place around three months after the couple announced in December that their fourth child was on the way. 

On March 11, he posted a photo on Instagram stories of himself on the way to the doctor and jokingly captioned it "Vasectomy Day".

In a good mood with Valium
Once he arrived at the practice, the 36-year-old appeared relaxed: "Just took a Valium and feel fine," he wrote next to a picture in the patient's gown.

Koma concluded by saying that the procedure had gone smoothly. "Honestly, not bad at all," he shared. "Definitely better than the dentist drilling."

Ladies up!
After the vasectomy, Koma also posted a selfie with a thumbs-up sign and presented himself to his fans in a pair of tight pants with a bandage peeking out from underneath.

Hilary Duff already has son Luca (11) from her previous marriage to Mike Comrie, and the singer has daughters Banks (5) and Mae (2) with Koma. The couple have not yet revealed what their fourth child will be.
