Emotional chaos in the final
“The Bachelors”: Who will get the last roses?
The "The Bachelors" adventure is drawing to a close - and with it the climax. Because the final decisions are about to be made. "Katja or Rebecca?" for Dennis, "Eva or Larissa?" for Sebastian. Which women will end up holding the coveted final rose in their hands - and will they even accept it?
The last dates with the finalists were coming up and the two Bachelors were visibly tense and nervous.
Dennis has to choose between Rebecca and Katja
In Cologne, Dennis was looking forward to his last date with Rebecca. She took the opportunity to confess to him: "There was a very strong attraction for me right from the start. And it slowly developed into feelings." Dennis was also certain after the dream date: "There couldn't have been a better ending to a last date with Rebecca."
On her last date with Dennis, Katja confessed more openly than ever: "I think it's obvious that there are more than just butterflies in my stomach." And the 30-year-old was indeed visibly overwhelmed shortly before the decision: "You just built up such an intense feeling for both women. Wow... You get the feeling that you're in so deep that you can't get out..."
Eva or Larissa - Sebastian is spoiled for choice
Bachelor Sebastian already seemed to have deep feelings for Eva. "At the moment, I have the feeling that I'm on a really, really deep level with Eva." To find out how things could go on, Sebastian spent a few last hours with Eva, during which he also got to know two of the most important people in her life: dad Werner and sister Julia.
"The opinion of my sister and my dad is extremely important to me," says the Cologne native. For Sebastian, the matter was clear: "If you're part of it, I don't think anything can happen to you". He continued: "I think I've made a decision almost 100 percent for myself."
Sebastian was very tense before his last date with Larissa, as she was in pure emotional chaos after the dream date. Now she said: "I'm still struggling with it. I have doubts. Ultimately, you can only find out if you give it a chance." But mom Birgit was certain: "This emotional chaos wouldn't have happened if she wasn't in love." After the date, Sebastian was confident about the decision. And Larissa was also happy about how the day had gone.
Spoiler alert: these are the "Bachelor" winners
"You once said to me: love should feel easy. And that's exactly the feeling I have with you. Katja, I've fallen in love with you." And there it is: Dennis' last rose. It belongs to Katja. A kiss follows.
And who does Rose Cavalier number two choose? Sebastian stands in front of Larissa with his very last rose. "I've fallen in love with you, Larissa. And that's why I'd like to ask you: would you like to accept my very last rose and we'll just see together where our journey takes us?"
Her hesitant answer: "Yes". And then: "I was expecting that. Shameless, isn't it?" A teasing laugh, then a kiss. Katja and Dennis join the two of them. "Was there a happy ending?" Everyone is in each other's arms. The champagne corks pop and a toast is raised. "To love, to us."
RTL plans Bachelor with senior citizens
RTL is planning a dating show for the older generation. It will be called "Golden Bachelor", as presenter Frauke Ludowig announced in the reunion episode after the final of the current season of "The Bachelors". She promised: "We're now going one better. There will soon be the 'Golden Bachelor'." Ludowig combined the announcement with an appeal: "We are looking for lonely hearts - male or female, it doesn't matter - over 60."
You can watch the exciting finale of "The Bachelors" on Wednesday, March 20 at 20:15 on RTL.
