Concert in summer
Melissa Naschenweng: Lederhosen rock on the mountain
In the mountain panorama of the Kitzbühel Alps, you can experience a magnificent open-air concert by pop icon Melissa Naschenweng with a great supporting program in summer.
With a relaxed stride, flowing blonde hair and a beaming smile on her face, Melissa Naschenweng appeared at the foot of the Fleckalmbahn in Kirchberg in Tyrol on Wednesday morning.
She didn't have her heartthrob Toni, Andreas Gabalier's little brother, with her. Instead, two other men who are very important to the successful Carinthian singer were at her side. Namely her father, the band leader of the well-known "Wolayersee Echo", Andreas Müllmann, and her humorous uncle Walter Müllmann, who has run a cab company in Kitzbühel for a good 30 years and yet "never becomes a Tyrolean, but always remains a Lesachtaler".
A family-friendly open air with an icon
But what brings the musically gifted Lederhosen Queen to Tyrol on such a gray and cold winter's day? The pure anticipation of summer, and it has a lot to offer in the Kitzbühel district. On Saturday, July 6, Melissa Naschenweng, the queen of rousing alpine pop, will give an unforgettable, family-friendly open-air concert at the Fleckalmbahn mountain station from 3 pm. Visitors of all ages can look forward to an atmospheric summer's day in the stunning mountain scenery of the Kitzbühel Alps.
Distinctive supporting program
The concert will be accompanied by an extensive supporting program with a variety of events over a long weekend from 4 to 7 July. For example, on Thursday, July 4, you can go on a hike from Aschau to the "Kasplatzl" cheese dairy with a cheese spaetzle workshop. Saturday, July 6, heralds the start of the open air in the afternoon with great activities. There will be the opportunity to test the new Sonnenrast trails with bike guides.
Before heading to the "Meet & Greet" with Melissa Naschenweng, which will take place at an as yet unnamed hut. Popular Radio U1 presenter Lukas "Luggi" Brunner will get visitors in the mood for the concert as a DJ from 2 pm.
Toni Gabalier will not (yet) be married in 2024
Apart from a jam-packed schedule in which one concert follows another, what will the 33-year-old have planned for her private life in 2024? So the understandable question arises as to whether there might be a wedding. Naschenweng immediately shakes her head in response and says succinctly: "I should have more time for that this year." Too bad for Toni Gabalier, but lucky for her countless fans, who can see and hear her all year round.
