Two perpetrators on the run

On Saturday evening, two as yet unknown perpetrators attempted to rob a 43-year-old man. They threatened him with a firearm and kicked him. The large-scale manhunt has so far been unsuccessful. 

At around 9.30 p.m. on Saturday, two offenders wearing black balaclavas approached a 43-year-old Slovenian man and demanded cash. Meanwhile, they held a handgun in front of his face. One of the perpetrators fired a shot in an unknown direction. The victim was then pushed to the ground and kicked by one of the perpetrators. As the man was about to flee, he noticed that the perpetrator had fired a second shot. A witness who had been in the vicinity of the crime scene later stated that he had also heard the two shots. 

Police, Cobra and Rapid Intervention Unit deployed
The witness reported the incident and a large-scale police operation was launched. With the support of police dogs and police drones, numerous police officers from the Graz-Umgebung district, the Cobra task force and the rapid intervention group tried to find the perpetrators or clues to the two unknown persons in the adjacent wooded area. However, no traces could be found at the scene of the crime and the search has so far been unsuccessful. The victim was slightly injured in the attempted robbery. The investigation is still ongoing.
