The Gölles manufactory from Styria provides a little variety at the Easter table, recommending four recipes alongside the classic festive dishes that will make your culinary heart beat faster.

While many traditional Easter dishes are firmly anchored in our menus, others are looking for new ideas to add a touch of innovation and sophistication to their Easter menu. For all those who want to add a touch of extravagance to their Easter celebrations this year, here are four tempting recipes straight from Gölles. The sophisticated creations combine traditional ingredients with modern flavors and promise a feast for the palate and the senses.

  • Lamb's lettuce soup: fresh spring flavors
    To make this refreshing soup, first sauté the onions and celery in oil and deglaze with Gölles raspberry vinegar. After adding the vegetable soup, the lamb's lettuce is steamed for a minute and then pureed until the soup has a velvety consistency. A touch of sour cream and crispy toasted slices of brown bread round off the dish to make it a real treat.
  • Baked asparagus with parsley and vinegar dip: a crispy delicacy
