Spring is here and is luring us out into the woods and garden again. The latter is usually demarcated by fences: An enclosure, as the fence is called in official language, therefore defines what is "yours" and what is "mine". And: It is naturally a frequent topic of dispute among neighbors. Who is allowed to do what? We'll tell you!

One of the "favorite topics" that neighbors argue about is fencing - i.e. fences, hedges, stone walls, etc. Viennese lawyer Martin Bleckmann is an expert on fencing issues and knows the whole thing all too well from daily practice.
