After Austrian delicacies - in M'Barek's case, sausages and apple strudel - and chic restaurants, the couple also went sightseeing on their vacation: in addition to Heiligenkreuz Abbey, they also visited St. Stephen's Cathedral, of course.

New start in New York
The Austrian-born actor has left Germany to live with his wife Jessica in New York. In an interview with "Gala", Elyas M'Barek explained what he likes about his new adopted home.

His succinct answer: "Service service service". M'Barek added that everything is a little more polite and that people go to a lot of trouble, also because of the tips. He also appreciated the electronic handling of all bureaucratic matters in New York in contrast to Germany, where "piles of paper are still used for files".
