Sweet surprise:
Daniel Brühl’s wife with a baby bump at the premiere
What a sweet surprise! At a premiere screening of the new mini-series "Becoming Karl Lagerfeld" in Cannes, leading actor Daniel Brühl appeared accompanied by his wife Felicitas Rombold, who lovingly stroked a baby bump on the pink carpet.
Even though the couple did not want to officially confirm it, it was clear that they are going to be parents again.
The psychologist and the actor, who have been married since 2016, already have two sons. Their first son was born in 2016 and their second in 2020. Of course, the couple did not reveal when baby number 3 is due. But it was clear to see that they were looking forward to it.
Absolute dream child
According to "Bild", it is an absolute dream child. Friends of the couple reported that "after two sons, they would of course be happy to have a girl for a change".
Brühl loves being a father. He once said in an interview: "It's not always all sunshine and roses. Nevertheless, it's the best thing that's happened to me in my life."
In the six-part Disney+ series "Becoming Karl Lagerfeld", which will be streaming from June 7, Brühl takes on the role of the famous German designer with the powdered pigtail who died in 2019.
