Pro-Palestine protest

Pro-Palestinian youth supporters with links to Just Stop Oil smear Labour Party headquarters in London with red paint. They accuse the Labor Party of being "complicit" in the "genocide" in Gaza because they refuse to stand up for an end to arms sales to Israel.
On Monday, anti-war activists spray-painted the headquarters of the Labor Party. Supporters of the "Youth Demand" organization, which describes itself as a "youth resistance campaign fighting for an end to genocide", are calling for an arms embargo.
They underlined this appeal with the generous use of (blood) red paint. Using a kind of spray gun, the demonstrators first sprayed the façade of the building before entering the interior and vandalizing the lobby.
The activists accuse the party of having "blood on its hands", of being "cowardly" and "complicit" in the deaths of tens of thousands of civilians in the Gaza Strip. They are also calling for an end to fossil fuel drilling in the UK.
The group later stated that eleven activists were arrested after the action. The police stated that they had taken twelve people into custody. The group promised to continue their "week of action" and their non-violent resistance.
"As long as the government threatens to continue the genocide, coordinated civil resistance is our only option. Radical change must come from young people," said one demonstrator, a student in Oxford, explaining his participation in the action, according to the Daily Mail.
