Mission for the Florianis in Nassereith in the Tyrolean district of Imst on Monday! A car in front of a residential complex was on fire. The cause of the fire is still unclear. It is only known that a Turkish man (47) had been carrying out maintenance work on the vehicle.

The incident happened at around 7 pm. "During the day, a 47-year-old Turkish man was carrying out repair and maintenance work on a car in a parking lot in front of a residential complex in Nassereith," according to the police. Shortly after 7 p.m., a witness discovered a fire inside the vehicle and informed the control center.

The Bulgarian woman and the Turkish man both suffered mild smoke inhalation.

Flames extinguished before the fire department arrived
Together with a 51-year-old Bulgarian woman, the 47-year-old was able to extinguish the flames before the firefighters arrived. The fire department only had to deal with the extinguishing work. According to the police, the Turkish man and the woman suffered mild smoke inhalation. However, they only received first aid from the ambulance service.

Both the cause of the fire and the amount of damage are still unknown. Further investigations will follow.
