For the 2nd time
Banner secures health seal of approval again
Banner has been awarded the seal of approval for workplace health promotion for the second time. The award from the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) recognizes the long-standing commitment of the car battery specialist from Leonding through its in-house health program and underlines its sustained success in this area.
Demographic change is not only a challenge for society, but also for companies. In view of these changes, Banner is taking targeted measures to support older employees in working healthily until they reach regular retirement age.
At the same time, young talents are offered solid training and development opportunities. "We strive to create a harmonious balance between the generations in our workforce. This diversity opens up significant potential and benefits both for us as an employer and for our employees," says Thomas Bawart, Technical Managing Director. Banner has taken this into account in its generation management and has now been recognized for this by the ÖGK.
"We see it as our duty to promote the health and well-being of our employees and we are particularly proud that our commitment has been awarded the 'Workplace Health Promotion' seal of approval for the second time for the years 2024 to 2026."
