Megan Thee Stallion
Ex-employee makes lewd accusations
An American cameraman and photographer has accused rapper Megan Thee Stallion of forcing him to watch her having sex with a woman. Thee Stallion denies the allegations.
"It's a lawsuit for money - with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious allegations to try to embarrass her," the rap superstar's lawyer, Alex Spiro, told the US site "Page Six" on Tuesday. "We're going to settle this in court."
In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, videographer Emilio Garcia claims he was riding in an SUV with the hip-hop star in Ibiza in 2022 when she began having sex with another woman right next to him.
Humiliated and insulted
He was unable to escape from the moving car, and even if he had been able to, he would have been in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country. The lawsuit goes on to say, "Garcia was embarrassed, humiliated and offended the entire time."
The next day, the rapper asked him never to talk about what he had seen, then he was fired. Garcia also accuses Thee Stallion of having a toxic work environment. She insulted and abused him.
