"You often need it"
“Spechtelnder” Goldi causes a stir on ORF
Uiuiui, Andi Goldberger has caused quite a stir! The former ski jumping star, who is taking part in the new "Fit mit Philipp" (Fit with the Stars) this week, is causing quite a stir on the net with a fitness exercise that trains the eyes.
"Another one who's fallen out of time. What's wrong with these guys? Don't they have anyone to straighten their calves?" asks the well-known journalist Euke Frank indignantly on X.
What has Goldi done? In the show, he demonstrated how the eyes can also be trained and also made it clear what this could be good for.
"You often need that"
"Above all, you often need that when you're outside (Goldberger lets out a suggestive whistle from his mouth, which is called catcalling in English) ... nobody notices (in dialect) when you're looking straight ahead and you can see to the right."
"Maybe they shouldn't have let Fit-Philipp go after all," commented the X user who discovered and shared the clip.
After the inglorious departure of Philipp Jelinek as the morning gymnast on the ORF program, the broadcaster decided to ask different stars to appear in front of the camera every week.
Next week: Roman Mählich
The "Dancing Stars" choreographer Conny Kreuter kicked things off last week. Goldberger can be seen again on Friday.
Next week (April 29 to May 3), "Fit mit den Stars" will be hosted by former team footballer Roman Mählich at 9.10 am on ORF 2.
Incidentally, Andreas Goldberger cannot keep up with Conny Kreuter. The 51-year-old has so far reached 156,000 viewers with a 44 percent market share on Monday and 115,000 viewers with a 32 percent market share on Tuesday.
Professional dancer Kreuter set a new market share record of 50 percent with 191,000 viewers. On the following days, there were still 174,000 and 152,000 viewers.
