"The Bachelor" winner Jennifer Lange is currently struggling with nasty body shaming. She now takes a stand against the hate comments on Instagram.

Former "Bachelor" winner Jennifer Lange is currently experiencing first-hand that being an influencer also has its downsides. The dating show winner from 2019 is currently expecting her first child with her partner and is diligently giving her followers insights into her life as an expectant mother.

However, the anticipation of the new arrival is dampened. Because the baby bump snapshots are also accompanied by numerous body-shaming comments. However, the haters have done the math without Lange, who has now defended herself against the criticism online.

"For anyone who doesn't yet know what sentences like 'You need to eat more' or 'Eat less' or 'That looks like an eating disorder' can trigger in the other person. I can only speak from experience," Lange said in an Instagram story.

"Be careful what you say to others"
She continued: "I was confronted with sentences like this as a child and it made me feel that I wasn't right, that there was something wrong with my body. Be really careful what you say to other people."

In fact, the 30-year-old's posts are often accompanied by comments such as: "Honey, you need to eat more" or: "Please eat something, it doesn't look good. And then pregnant too."

Completely inappropriate, as Lange emphasized in her story posting, which has since gone offline again. "Don't get too involved with such idiots who post something so insensitive and inappropriate," she appeals to her community. Despite the nasty comments from some Instagram fans, the former rose winner doesn't want to let them spoil her joy about her pregnancy.
