He was pleased to have won "only 1:0", "because the praise is already too much for me at the moment. We still have room for improvement, we can leave the church in the village." Klauß didn't even want to know anything about a positional assessment: "We did well, but it was only the first game."

With his mix of conviction, greed, power and looseness, but also a strong and important dose of humility, Klauß is doing the whole club good. "It was easy today, the motivation against the opponent was great, the stadium was full," Klauß affirmed: "But to function in the league after a roaring European Cup night, in front of a different crowd - that will be more difficult. That's when the strength of character shows how solid we are."
