“Dirty secrets”: money extorted with porn

The series of threatening emails continues. Family fathers and older men are now being targeted. Over 1000 euros were demanded from an elderly gentleman from the Oberpullendorf district. 

This summer is "hot", but in a nasty sense: as reported, blackmailers initially targeted young men on the Instagram platform in order to take a lot of money out of their pockets with sex photos. As in the case of a 17-year-old.

Money or nude photos
The man from Burgenland was threatened with the publication of indecent nude photos of him and obscene images on the internet if he refused to send hundreds of euros to the perpetrator. The victim reported the incident and the police are investigating.

Over 1000 euros demanded
Family fathers and older men are now being subjected to psychological terror by blackmailers. Similar to the Instagram scam, the perpetrators use emails to force recipients to pay "hush money". In the case on file of a 69-year-old man in the district of Oberpullendorf, the criminals demanded 1,200 euros.

If I didn't transfer the amount online, the strangers threatened to post disreputable sex photos, pornographic videos and 'dirty secrets' of me online.
