Several people injured in traffic accidents in Tyrol

There was a veritable flood of accidents in Tyrol on Tuesday. It started with a collision between two cars in the Stubai Valley! A little later there was a crash in Telfs (Innsbruck-Land district). The final accident was caused by a car driver who cleared an e-scooter rider in Innsbruck.

Shortly before 2 p.m., a 27-year-old local woman was driving her car on Stubaitalstraße in Schönberg. When she wanted to turn into a store, she collided head-on with the vehicle of a 58-year-old local man. Both drivers and the woman's 18-year-old Romanian passenger were injured and taken to hospital in Hall. Both vehicles were totaled.

Biker lost control
A short time later, there was a crash in Telfs. A 49-year-old German motorcyclist was traveling on the Buchener Landesstraße. For reasons as yet unknown, he lost control of his bike and was thrown from his vehicle. He came to rest in the ditch and suffered serious injuries.

While driving off, she collided with the e-scooter rider who had just driven off on the bicycle crossing.

Car crashed into e-scooter
The final driver was a 43-year-old local woman who crashed her car into an e-scooter driver (37) in Innsbruck. She stopped at an intersection to allow several pedestrians to cross the pedestrian crossing or the bicycle crossing.

"As she drove off, she collided with the e-scooter rider who had just driven off on the bicycle crossing," said the police. The 37-year-old local man fell and injured his head, shoulder and hand. He was taken to hospital.
