Spectacular incident: milk tank toppled over

A spectacular incident occurred at Tirol Milch in Wörgl late on Friday afternoon. A huge silo tank containing milk toppled over. The search for the cause is ongoing. 

The unbelievable happened at around 4 pm. While the milk tank was being emptied, it suddenly tipped over and crashed loudly onto the ground. Fortunately, no one was injured.

It is not yet clear why the silo, which was about half full with around 135,000 liters of milk, fell to the ground. Only a small amount of milk escaped. The fire department and police operation lasted into the evening. Experts now have to clarify why the tank, which holds around 300,000 liters, suddenly collapsed and toppled over while draining milk.
