With an axe in his hand, a 23-year-old man from Hüttenberg threatened to kill a 61-year-old man and a 40-year-old man at around 20:39. "He emphasized his threat with an axe," said the police. However, the two men threatened were not particularly intimidated by this.

"The men were able to take the axe from the accused in a scuffle, but injured him on the body and damaged his glasses," the police continued. The younger man then lost his courage and made off. "After police investigations, the perpetrator was arrested at his home address in the municipality of Hüttenberg with the help of EKO Cobra", the police said.

Too drunk for interrogation
The police were initially unable to find out exactly what had happened to the 23-year-old as he was too drunk to be questioned. "He was banned from entering, approaching and carrying weapons for the time being", said the police. "He will be reported to the police after the investigations have been completed."
