Drescher takes class and overall victory in Aschach

This Saturday was the day. As previously reported, Klaus Drescher (35) from Lavanttal competed in the bodybuilding competition to qualify for the upcoming World Championships and Mr. Universe in Aschach (Upper Austria). His goal: the hat-trick - three wins in a row - and he actually achieved it!

"I won everything again on Saturday - after the European title in Hungary in April, the hat-trick was perfect! Three competitions in a row - you can't win more than that - it's really not possible," said Drescher to the "Krone". With his class and overall victory, the man from Lavanttal secured his ticket to the World Championships on Saturday, June 10, in Montecatini (Italy) and also qualified for the Mr. Universe on Saturday, July 15, in Mexico.

"Serratus" superior to everyone again
"There was some challenging competition on site, including participants from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Germany and Austria," adds Drescher, who also goes by the competition name "Serratus".
