Search for a murderer in a village of 170 people

Edling, an idyllic village in Lower Carinthia. So far there has been no crime here, not even thefts. And suddenly Gertrude K. is murdered.

She was extremely popular, was considered a particularly good wife and mother and led a completely inconspicuous existence. But on the evening of February 7, Gertrude K. became the victim of a heinous crime in her Carinthian hometown. Since then, the people there have lived in fear. Fear that the perpetrator could be one of them.

Edling in Lower Carinthia. Lots of nature; forests, meadows, fields. A few farms, pretty detached houses. A church, a cemetery, an elementary school. No supermarket, no stores. Most of the 170 inhabitants of the village have already retired; the few "youngsters" who have stayed on work on farms in the surrounding area, in a nearby hydroelectric power plant or in Völkermarkt, twelve kilometers away.
