The mood is tense ahead of the "night of terror". Parents in particular are worried about their children who are out and about on the streets on Halloween. But who is allowed to be out and for how long? What horrible things are you allowed to do without making yourself liable to prosecution? 

The protection of minors also applies on the scariest night of the year - even if it is not uniformly regulated in Austria.
