Traffic checks on November 21 and 22 in the province of Salzburg led to numerous measures:

• In Hallwang on the Wiener Bundesstraße, a civil patrol noticed a car driving in serpentine lines. The driver, a 53-year-old man from Flachgau, had an alcohol content of 2.28 per mille. He had to surrender his driver's license. 
• A 62-year-old cyclist with a blood alcohol level of 1.2 was stopped in the city area. The man was reported to the police. 
• In the municipality of St. Johann, a 26-year-old Syrian car driver was measured at 123 km/h with a speed limit of 60. His driver's license was also confiscated.
• On the A 10, a 43-year-old German from the district of Ebersberg was driving at 153 km/h instead of the permitted 100 km/h in the municipality of St. Michael.
• And a 39-year-old Turkish truck driver caught the eye of the police on the A1 because the semi-trailer was completely unlit. In addition to a completely destroyed connection cable, other violations were also detected. In addition, the driver did not adhere to the driving and rest times. In addition to a security deposit of 1,400 euros, the license plates of the trailer were confiscated due to imminent danger. Both the driver and the owner of the license plate will be charged several times.
