Lindsay Lohan on escapades: “Live without regrets”

Despite numerous escapades in her life, Lindsay Lohan has no regrets. On the contrary: she has learned from them and is grateful for them.

Lindsay Lohan, who also made headlines with drugs and alcohol in the past, has no regrets about her experiences. "I live with no regrets," the 38-year-old told the fashion magazine "Flaunt". 

"I think I've learned from everything that's happened and I'm grateful for that," said Lohan, whose latest romantic comedy "Our Little Secret" was released on Netflix this week. Every experience is a lesson that shouldn't just be brushed aside, she added.

"So much stronger"
"I've really seen it all," Lohan explained elsewhere. Her many different experiences have made her "so much stronger". "I know myself better now, at this age, than ever before."

Lohan had already appeared in front of the camera as a child in films such as "A Twin Seldom Comes Alone" and became a global star in the early 2000s with hit comedies such as "Freaky Friday" and "Girls Club - Beware of the Bite!".

Always in trouble with the law
For years, however, she was repeatedly in trouble with the law - for drunk driving, theft and drug possession, among other things. She served several prison sentences and did community service. Her career lay dormant for a long time.

Most recently, she returned to filming several Netflix films and a "Freaky Friday" sequel. She also became a mother to a son in the summer.
